These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of DIYORDE (diyorde.store), an iOS application activation and personalization service. By purchasing a plan or using our website, you agree to these Terms.
DIYORDE provides a subscription-based activation and configuration service that allows users to install and personalize applications on their iPhone or iPad through a guided setup process. The service uses standard iOS configuration profiles and developer tools provided by Apple's developer ecosystem. DIYORDE does not provide, host, or distribute application files.
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to use DIYORDE. You are responsible for ensuring that any application files you choose to install through our service are ones you own, have created, or have explicit permission to use. DIYORDE does not provide application files and is not responsible for the content, functionality, or legality of third-party applications you choose to install.
To use DIYORDE, you will register one or more devices using a device identifier and install a configuration profile we provide. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the service only on devices you own or are authorized to manage.
DIYORDE offers subscription plans — Basic ($14), Premium ($21), and Ultimate ($30) — each providing 365 days of activation access per registered device, along with a revoke-protection period that varies by tier. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may be converted to your local currency at checkout depending on your selected payment method. The amount shown at checkout is the total you pay, and the full amount is charged at the time of purchase.
Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe, Inc., and, where available in your region, local payment systems (such as UZCARD and HUMO). These processors are PCI-DSS compliant and handle your card details directly. DIYORDE never receives or stores your full card number, security code (CVV), or banking credentials.
Activation profiles may occasionally expire or require renewal due to factors outside our control, including changes made by Apple to its developer platform. Each plan includes a revoke-protection period (1, 3, or 6 months depending on plan tier), during which we will restore access at no additional cost if an interruption occurs.

While we strive for high availability, DIYORDE does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Service may be temporarily affected by factors outside our control, including changes to Apple's platform, network issues, or scheduled maintenance.
DIYORDE is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DIYORDE and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to data loss, device issues, or loss of access to installed applications.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
