This Refund Policy applies to all subscription plans purchased through diyorde.store. We aim to be fair and transparent about when refunds are available.

Approved refunds are issued through our payment provider (Stripe, or the local payment system used at checkout) to the original payment method. Processing times vary depending on your payment provider and bank, and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
DIYORDE plans provide 365 days of activation access per registered device and do not auto-renew unless explicitly stated at checkout. If auto-renewal is enabled for your plan, you may cancel future renewals at any time by contacting support before the renewal date. Cancelling a renewal does not entitle you to a refund for the current active period.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
